How to Boost Your Skin's Appearance in 2014

Most New Year’s resolutions require work. They challenge you, push you outside of your comfort zone and generally focus on improvement in some fashion, which is a good thing. But resolutions focused on improvement don’t always have to be such a struggle.

For 2014 I’m proposing us men resolve to take better care of our skin. While that may sound like extra work, it doesn’t have to be. In fact, it can actually be enjoyable. Here’s the “challenge” should you choose to accept: get a professional skin care treatment at least once per quarter.

The Challenge

Yes, the challenge is that simple. Treat yourself to a man facial once every three months. Not so bad, right? You might be wondering why you should get a professional treatment. The benefits are nearly a mile long.
